Search for new Director of Youth Ministry at
St. Andrews Church


Purpose:    To serve St. Andrews Church by leading and developing meaningful programs for students in grades 6-12 contributing to the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, educational and social well being of youth and their families.

Background and Experience:    First and foremost, the Director of Youth Ministries must love the Lord and love our children. The Director must be a Christian, have a strong commitment to the Church, and passion for nurturing faith.  We expect the Director to embrace the St. Andrew’s mission statement and believe the Bible is inerrant, the authoritative word of God, and in the bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.  An Episcopal background is not required for this position.  Please click here to view application.

Past Events

 Josh Davis


 


Josh Davis won 3 gold medals in swimming at the 1996 Olympics and another 2 silver medals at the 2000 Games. 
Josh is a dedicated Christian, who came and talked to our youth and the youth of Fort Worth about God and Sports.

Teambuilding games



 

Teambuilding Games taught us how to work as a team and build trust that leads to faith as a member of the body of Christ.

Belize Mission Trip






We have taken a teams of youth and adults to Belize.  In 2009, we took a team of 20 youth and adults, 15 of whom are youth. 
Small Groups

Our small groups meet weekly at different times throughout the week.  We have ones for high school guys, high school girls, middle school guys, and middle school girls.

Service
Our youth have served dinner at Union Gospel Mission.

 

Sunday School
In 2010 the youth studied the Gospel of John.
