These limes have been pickling in big jars filled by parishioners in May. Now it is time to can them. One of our Mission Partners, Heart for the Unreached Ministry, will then give them as welcome gifts to legal refugees arriving in our country. These little jars of pickled limes are small ambassadors to many who have not yet been introduced to the love of Christ. They are a familiar delight to many, who have enjoyed them in their old homelands. Our service to others is a pleasing aroma to the Lord and you will love the spicy scents you will experience. It is like stepping into a kitchen in a far away land.
