The Festival of Lessons and Carols is a service of Scripture and song dating to the late 19th century. We listen to scripture lessons recounting the Fall, the promise of a Messiah, the Incarnation, and the Great Commission to preach the Good News.  Each lesson is followed by a carol or other song reflecting on the message and a prayer.

December 24th 5:30 PM in the church
(This service will not be live-streamed)
A service similar to Evening Prayer for all ages. During the service children are invited to bring forward very simple gifts to the crèche at the time of the offertory. The gifts should be unwrapped and appropriate for a boy or girl age infant to 12. Any small gifts are appropriate. After Christmas, these items will be taken to the Union Gospel Mission and used as year-round incentive and birthday gifts for the children who reside at The Family Center. In this way, children are symbolically presenting gifts to the Christ Child Himself. A nursery will be provided.

Come worship in the beauty of Holiness…
Celebrate Holy Communion and the arrival of our Savior with choir instruments and scripture. Ponder His birth inspiring awe and joy in the candlelight of the church. The service will end in candlelight. A nursery will be provided. Service accompanied by Opus Nova.

December 24th 11 PM in the church (this service will not be live-streamed)
An intimate service of celebration…
Celebrate Holy Communion and the arrival of our Savior with hymns and scripture. Ponder His birth inspiring awe and joy in the candlelight of the chapel. The service will end in candlelight. Nursery will not be provided.

December 25th at 10:00 AM in the chapel (Service is onsite only)
A time to be still in His presence and worship with thanksgiving and joy.
Contemplate the glory of God that has come to abide with us, Immanuel.
Nursery will not be available on Christmas Day.
