East Door recently began this project to serve the Union Gospel Mission (UGM) by hosting birthday parties for male residents. On the first Monday of October, we held our first party with cupcakes, drinks, games, and birthday cards. Thank you all for making our inaugural UGM birthday party a success!
We have decided to continue these monthly parties through November, December, and January. Our initial event served around 60 residents, led to four men expressing interest in visiting St. Andrew's, and resulted in one resident attending a Sunday service.
