St. Margaret’s Guild Meeting

Join us the third Tuesday of the month at 10AM in Koslow Library

Tuesday, February 17 at 10:30AM

     ALL STITCHERS .. bring projects you are working on.

     Young children are not invited to attend because of the nature of the projects and materials.

     I hope to see everyone. We will have an instructor in attendance to help new stitchers.

We will announce the Spring off-site event.

Come be a part of St. Margaret’s and meet new friends, use skills/talents you have, or learn new skills to use toward Ministries at St Andrews and within our community to show Gods love.

This guild has been an ongoing generational Needlepoint Ministry for needlepointing covers for Kneelers in our church given by Commissioners as Memorials, in Thanksgiving for, or in Honor of Loved Ones. 

      We also have grown to include 4  other Ministries to meet the needs of our Church  and Community which carries Gods Love to others. Come hear about these new opportunities!

Explore the opportunities that await you to contribute to Gods church/kingdom by using, talents you may not know you have. 

Bring  threads and yarns.

Please consider one or more of the opportunities offered.

         1. GENERATIONAL NEEDLEPOINT COVERS FOR KNEELERS WITHIN ST ANDREWS commissioned as Memorials or In Thanksgiving of Loved Ones. 

         2.  NEWBORN DIVISION… Knit/ Crochet Baby blankets, bibs, booties for newborns within our church

         3.  QUILTING/SEWING DIVISION.. learn skills for sewing, quilting, creating quilts and projects for outreach in community

         4.  DOLL MAKING/CAPS…  creating Bible characters and making caps for homeless, hospitals

        5. Prayer Shawls…Knitting or crocheting shawls
